Orders ship from mainland China. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Delivery options
- Free Standard Shipping: usually 10–15 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Japan express delivery usually takes 3–5 business days; other selected destinations usually take 5–7 business days.
Express shipping rates by parcel weight
Each wig is assigned a shipping weight of 0.5 kg. Rates are calculated from the combined product weight in the cart.

Processing time
Processing time is separate from transit time. Hand-tied lace wigs may require additional processing because each piece involves manual knotting and finishing.
Important information
- Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
- Customs inspections, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote-area delivery, or incomplete addresses can cause delays.
- Orders may arrive in separate parcels.
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate address.
- Import duties or local charges not collected at checkout, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
- Carrier billing can use whichever is greater: actual weight or dimensional weight. Oversized or remote-area shipments may require an additional charge; we will contact you before dispatch.
