What are KWWIG wigs made from?
Our current wigs use heat-resistant synthetic fiber. Check each product page for style-specific details.
What cap size do the wigs fit?
The adjustable cap fits a head circumference of up to 58 cm / 22.8 in. Measure around your hairline before ordering.
What is included?
Each package includes one wig and one wig cap.
Can I use heat tools?
Unless the product page states otherwise, use heat tools at or below 130°C / 266°F on fully dry hair. Test a hidden strand first.
Can synthetic wigs be dyed?
We do not recommend dyeing synthetic fiber.
Wear & care
How do I put on a wig?
Secure and flatten your natural hair, put on the wig cap, place the wig from front to back, align the front edge and ear tabs, adjust the straps, and gently arrange the style.
How do I wash and store it?
Detangle gently from ends to roots. Wash in cool water with mild shampoo without rubbing or twisting. Blot with a towel, air-dry fully on a wig stand, and store away from heat and direct sunlight.

Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from mainland China.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is generally 10–15 business days. Express delivery is generally 5–7 business days, while selected Asian destinations may show 3–5 business days. Processing and handmade lace work can add time. The checkout estimate is the best available estimate for your destination.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
Import duties, taxes or brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country and are normally the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Can I return an item?
Return requests can be made within 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back.
